Product Warranty
All brake products from Rotors & Drums Australia come with a 12-month, 20,000 km replacement warranty, unless specified otherwise. This warranty does not cover products used for off-road, competition, or club racing purposes, and is only valid for normal street use. Parts are not covered if incorrectly fitted. To process a warranty claim, please complete the Product Warranty Form.
Product Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Before returning any products, you must contact our support team to request a Return Authority. Returns without this authority will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please return products in their original packaging, including a copy of the invoice or packing slip, stating the reason for the return.
You will be notified by email upon the receipt of returned goods. We will either repair or replace damaged goods when possible, or issue a full refund for the value of the damaged items.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a replacement, exchange, or refund, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please note, returns for change of mind may incur a restocking fee or be rejected if the product is not in new condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and initial freight costs are non-refundable.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Restocking fees may apply, and we do not cover any return shipping costs. Initial shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable.

International Buyers
We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred in the buyer's country of residence, such as customs or VAT. We only declare the item's value, not the shipping costs. We do not ship to PO Box addresses outside of Australia.
Consumer Guarantee
Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers have certain guaranteed rights when they purchase goods and services. These include goods being free of defects and fit for their usual purpose, and services being carried out with due care and skill. These guarantees cannot be excluded and are applicable whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You can also have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not constitute a major failure.
Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit and last for a period that is reasonable to expect, depending on the products nature, cost, and quality, or any representations made.
