Placing Orders

If you experience difficulty with any step of the order process, please refer to these help pages or contact us for assistance.

  • Locate an item using our search or browse facilities.
  • Add the item to your cart.
  • Continue adding items as desired.
  • To place your order, select the checkout or view cart button (top right of the page).
  • Choose delivery or pick-up at a store location.
  • Review and edit your cart, then proceed to checkout.
  • Login to your account, or create a new one if necessary.
  • Confirm your billing and delivery details and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  • Select your payment method and enter details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Online Gift Vouchers.
  • Your order is complete once you see the Order Received screen.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please verify this confirmation and inform us of any discrepancies as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please do so before 9:00 AM the next business day using our contact form.

Dispatching Orders

Orders may be dispatched in multiple shipments depending on warehouse availability. We aim to send items as soon as possible to ensure quick delivery.

All domestic deliveries are handled by reliable couriers such as Fastway and Startrack. International orders are shipped via DHL. For more details, see our shipping and delivery help pages.

Adding Items to Your Cart

To add an item to your cart, locate it using our search tools, click on the item to view its details, and then select 'Add to Cart'.

Updating Cart Quantities

You can adjust the quantities of items in your cart at any time. If the quantity is set to zero, the item will be removed from your cart.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are displayed on product pages and within your cart. These fees vary based on item size and delivery location. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote locations or international destinations.

Payment Options

We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, direct deposit, and Online Gift Vouchers. Our website uses SSL technology to secure your payment information.

Cancelled Items & Voided Orders

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately, and the item will be removed from your order. If all items are out of stock, the entire order will be voided and refunded.

Backorders

Occasionally, items may be backordered if they are not available from suppliers. You will be informed of any delays and will have the option to cancel your order if you cannot wait for the backordered items.

Splitting Orders

Orders may be split to expedite delivery based on stock availability at different warehouses. You will be informed if such a situation arises.

Viewing Past Orders

You can view your order history by logging into your account on the My Account page.

Changing Delivery Address on Existing Orders

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may change the delivery address by contacting our customer service team immediately.
