When to Return?

Where to Return?

Items should be returned to the warehouse closest to your location. We will provide the necessary instructions and address upon your return request.

How to Return Items?

Shipping for Returns

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, although we can arrange for our couriers to pick up the item from your home or office at a low cost. Please contact us for a quote on return shipping prices for your location.

Credit for Returns

You may choose either a full refund or an exchange for another product when you return an item.

In-Store Returns

We have 5 warehouse locations around Australia where you can return products in person. Please contact us to arrange this option.

Packing Materials

Items need to be returned in the original packaging material in which they were received.
